He sido ingeniera, astrónoma, desarrolladora de código, fotógrafa, probadora de juegos, y activista política. Espero que le encante ver mis fotos, aprender mis opiniones, y recopilar información sobre el cosmos.

I have been an engineer, astronomer, software developer, photographer, game playtester, and political activist. I hope you enjoy seeing my photos, learning my opinions, and gleaning information about the cosmos.

MI MISIÓN (MY MISSION)

Educo al público sobre la astronomía para motivar interés en la exploración del espacio. Declaro mis opiniones políticas, porque los Estados Unidos está en peligro serio de perder su república representativa y constitución, y está en camino para convertirse en un país autoritario o enfrentarse con un escenario apocalÍptico. Hay que haber suficientes personas vigorosamente vinculadas en política con sus representantes para evitar ambas calamidades.

I educate the public about astronomy to encourage interest in space exploration. I declare my political opinions, because I believe the United States is in serious danger of losing its representative republic and constitution, and is on track toward becoming an authoritarian country or facing a doomsday scenario.  There need to be enough people actively engaged in politics and with their representatives in order to avoid both of these calamities.

MI VISIÓN (MY VISION)

En el futuro que veo, personas, animales, y plantas vivirán en otros planetas. Van a haber estaciones de espacio, astilleros en órbita alrededor de la Luna, otras lunas, y otros planetas. Las personas establecerán colonias en otros mundos, y las colonias eventualmente serán independientes de la Tierra. Las personas necesitan aprender a vivir en otros mundos primero, y la humanidad tiene que preservarse si va a seguir adelante en el cosmos. 

In the future I envision, people, animals, and plants will live on other planets. There will be space stations and shipyards in orbit around the Moon, other moons, and other planets. People would establish colonies on other worlds, and the colonies would eventually be independent from Earth. People need to learn to live on other worlds first, though, and humanity must preserve itself if it is to venture forth into the cosmos.
